SAT Test in Pakistan  

SAT is the shortened form of The Scholastic Assessment Test. SAT has seen several alterations since it was first established. It was once known as Scholastic Aptitude Test. Later, it was changed to the Scholastic Assessment Test. Then the SAT I: Reasoning Test, then the SAT Reasoning Test. SAT Test in Pakistan is considered a standard to analyze the skills and abilities of Pakistani students aspiring to take admissions to local (LUMS, FAST, IBA, NUST among others) and foreign universities, especially in North America, Europe, and Australia. In addition to this, it is conducted to measure their numeracy, literary, writing, and reading skills. SAT Test Centers in Pakistan :

In Pakistan, the SAT test is conducted six times a year. The centers for the test in Pakistan are usually in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. Moreover, the validity of the test score stays for five years. A number of universities take this test. For instance, in Lahore, LUMS university prefers the SAT score for the admissions of their undergraduate students. 

When is SAT Conducted

  • December 2023

The students should register themselves before the deadline. The deadline for the SAT test registration is five (05) weeks before the test.  

Passport for SAT in Pakistan:

In Pakistan, the candidates have to use valid passports as their ID. They cannot enter the SAT test center if they do not have their passports. So, students in Pakistan should make sure that their registered names are the same as the names on their passports.
